In order to help the local community engage in the planning process, @jeremy has created an online map for Edinburgh (based on OpenStreetMap) that brings together data on significant planned developments in Leith, the wider planning picture, and the local infrastructure. It also includes data on the environment, local area statistics, and more practical information such as allotment gardens, recycling bins.
