In the definition of location datasets, when there is no postcode/zipcode system in the country, people can submit a dataset of administrative borders, and the minimum criteria requires “borders poligone” and “name of poligone” for administrative borders. I guess those may be typos. Do you mean “polygon”, @Mor? Since English is not my first language, I am not sure, but I could not find the meaning in the dictionary. 
I also find the same word in the Google Spreadsheet.
Yes, it is a typo, I do mean Polygon.
