Open Knowledge has published reports & books through the Booktype software made by Sourcefabric.
There is an instance of Booktype that OK community participants can have access to and use at http://booktype.okfn.org. It is very practical and great for chapters and local groups to use for projects which need to deliver written material as a product in flexible formats and perhaps make some financial gain on it.
