HI, I work for Transparency International’s Defence Team, after two iterations we’re reviewing the procurement part of a large methodology we’ve used to assess corruption in the defence sector, the Government Defence Anti-Corruption Index. I wanted to speak with someone on the ODI team who had helped to create and review the ODI Procurement methodology?
