So we started doing the reviews for the submissions in the Mexican Cities Census, neither me (admin) nor the reviewers in the list are able to actually review. Is this because we’re in 2016 now? Is anyone else having this issue?

I’m having similar issues…
- Change log is blank
- Previous 2015 submissions that were not assessed have gone
- cannot add new submissions
