In the last 16 years I have worked in various functions as it relates to finance, real estate and the sales industry. These functions include conducting face to face sales, over the phone sales, and internet sales. I have experience in processing loans in addition to personally buying and selling residential properties. I also obtained certification in mitigation for foreclosures, short sales and tax sales for Global Equity Lending and American Home Lending. I have a vast knowledge and experience of the various concepts relating to effective marketing, advertising, and merchandising. I have provided exceptional leadership roles that demonstrated my ability to drive results while working effectively with both customers and underwriters. For the last 7 years ORW Equity Partners has worked off market in the Midwest by building a real estate marketing company who generates seller leads to purchase them direct from the owner.
