Dan Fowler has had a long-standing interest in both the politics and tech of “open”. He holds a Master’s degree in Information and Communication Technologies for Development from Royal Holloway, University of London and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Princeton University. Between degrees, he worked for several years a a system administrator for an investment bank in New York City. He is currently based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
