This is a discussion about the submission for statistics / in.

We would request to revise Openly licenced parameter from “It’s not openly licenced” to “It’s openly licenced” as all the data published on Open Government Data Platform India are Open and comes under the Government Open Data License (GODL), which can be accessed at https://data.gov.in/sites/default/files/Gazette_Notification_OGDL.pdf. All the data are totally free to use, reuse and redistribute for all lawful commercial and non-commercial purposes.
We would also request you to revise Downloadable at once parameter from “It’s not downloadable at once” to “It’s downloadable at once” as all the data available on OGD Platform India are easily downloadable and available in bulk.
We would also request you to revise Up-to-date parameter from “It’s not up-to-date” to “It’s up-to-date” as all the data are being regularly updated on Ministry/Department’s website and OGD Platform India.

Thank you for your participating in the dialogue. We have gone through the resources and indeed, the license for the data complies with the Open Definition, so we will change that in the Statistics dataset. As for the rest of the entry, we went through the resources and the review is correct. Even though there is a lot of data and that is great, getting to the specific dataset you are looking for is difficult and most of the datasets are updated in their versions but don’t have data up to today, specifically unemployment is not updated after 2012.
