Launch of the Global Open Data Index survey

Hello all,
Given the current world news, and to have the proper reach with the first day of the Index, we have decided to push the launch to Thursday, November 10. Starting tomorrow, the Index will be open for submissions from all countries.

Hi Mohammad,

the submissions will be open until mid-December. We will start reviews in January.

Hi Oscar, given the delayed timeline, would govt consultation also be delayed to Dec 2016?
