Hi everyone,

I’m Adelle, Co-founder of Cambium AI. We’re focused on making open data easier to use, particularly in light of the ongoing scheduled maintenance of the US Census QuickFacts tool.

I wanted to share two free resources we’ve built for the community:

  1. The County Explorer: This is a simple baseline for at-a-glance data. It provides a clean, quick snapshot of every US county using the latest 2023 ACS data - counties.cambium.ai

  2. Cambium AI: This is our primary tool for addressing more detailed and custom questions. If the Explorer doesn’t have what you need, you can ask for it directly here in plain English - app.cambium.ai

Think of the Explorer as the starting point, and the AI chat as the tool for your deeper, more specific queries.

We’d genuinely love to get feedback from this knowledgeable community on how we can make these tools more useful.
