Confirmed that there is no machine readable format of the budget as last year either in the Ministry of Finance website or at data.gov.ro.
On the other hand, consider changing answer to B5 to yes.

Thanks for the update. You are right, the data is under an open license. I took a note and will change the review accordingly.
@arianit what would be your explanation to consider the data being available in bulk?

Hi @dannylammerhirt, I used availability in at least yearly datasets as a standard.
That’s what I would say too, so we can agree that this is available in bulk
