Terms of Service is not configured

From the bottom of menu you can access the About page. This page provides access to other pages including the Terms of Service page.

The Terms of Service page does not appear to be configured with many references to www.example.com

Should this page be replaced with text from, or link to, Terms of use ?

Just noticed a similar topic by Rufus. I will update as he suggested.
