Updating Terms of Service to our standard terms

Current Terms of Service: Terms of Service - Open Knowledge Forums

They are “default” for a discourse instance and would need updating anyway. But we should just replace wholesale with a pointer to Terms of use

Note the ToS are linked from several places including the excellent FAQ FAQ - Open Knowledge Forums so suggest we do not remove the actual page but just replace content with the pointer.

Hello,

I just created a Forum account and wanted to start a new topic under Meta, regarding improvements to OKF’s website terms. However, it doesn’t appear I have enough privileges to do so.

Can anyone advise on how I can leave the feedback I’ve outlined?
