Hi the tutorial on the 2016 census Tutorial - Global Open Data Index: Survey needs updating.

Tutorial doesn’t have basic info on how civil society person can contribute. I use New Zealand open data sets regularly but don’t see where to start on adding to information or validating it. For example, Data.govt.nz has over 4,000 open datasets. Some I use, some I’m just pleased to see in list. I have 2 university degrees and 2 university diplomas and I can complete most surveys but I probably won’t contribute to this survey as this whole site is too complicated.
