I’ve looked at the tutorial which was emailed to us and reached the topic “Contributing a new submission to the Index”. The problem I’m having now is while reading “Enter a new submission for 2015” and I do not see an add button under a dataset. I’ve clicked Jamaica and there is no add button under the dataset. How do I rectify this issue since the problem is at the very beginning?
