Why Syria is not on Open Data Index countries list?

Hi,

I wanted to submit data about Syria to Open Data Index, but I could not find it on the countries list, here (http://global.census.okfn.org/year/2015).

Is there anyway to add Syria to the list?

It is available now, hope enough people contribute to the 15 categories there. (7/15 are done as per today)
