The question of inclusion relates to the process of growth within the OK community.
Inclusion is a very political process against the background of a community-based organisational structure.
This makes it very important to pay attention to -
- Who does truly have a voice in the very process of any decision making?
- Are all OK community members truly included in terms of having the same opportunities to be equal part?
What is the current structure of our growing community? (where do we have local groups, how are they constructed, how are they engaged and why/why not)…
Those would be questions to consider for this session.
