Can I create a subcategory for Open Spending in my own language?

Hello. Would be OK if I create a subcategory bellow Open Spending category called ‘Gastos Abertos’ (it means ‘open spending’ in Portuguese) for having discussions here on our local Open Knowledge Brazil project?

I want migrate discussions from the project mailing list to here and they would be in Portuguese inside this subcategory.
