Is there a way to get all the data for all the countries on the draft legislation criteria.
I am most interested in getting information about the votes on bills per member of parliament. And as the whole dataset supposed to be available on this page https://index.okfn.org/faq/LINK is actually not available, how can I do?

I suppose you could just go to the entry on draft legislation, select each country, and follow the link to the source.
As for downloading, you can visit the downloads section, pick “download csv”, “entries” and look at the answers.value.urlValue column. Note, however, that the Open Data Index is already quite old, so the links may no longer work.
