This is a discussion about the submission for Government Spending / Ukraine.

Hey, I want to discuss the “Available in bulk” criteria for Government Spending in Ukraine dataset.

There are 3 ways you can download data:

  1. Using portal search and clicking Download CSV link. Maximum period: 90 days. You must provide either recipient or payer
  2. Using API to download XML or JSON. Maximum period: indefinite. You must provide recipient or payer.
  3. Scraping. Transaction ids are sequential, so you can just download transaction by transaction. Though as you imagine it would be very slow.

Is it sufficient to declare the data to be downloadable in bulk?
