This is a discussion about the submission for Locations / Russia.
Judging by the structure of the .dbf file that has been submitted for this category, I am very inclined to believe that the file is a structural part of a shapefile (.shp, .shx, .dbf) and thus there is a huge possibility that the data is georeferenced. However, due to my limited possibilities of searching in Russian, I could not find anything online. Does anyone have an idea? Any suggestion is very much appreciated.
