In the Czech republic, laws belong to public domain according to the copyright law, §3 a) 121/2000 Sb. Autorský zákon
This is not specified nor linked on the site where laws can be downloaded,so i marked it as not openly licensed. But after reading this discussion, I think the laws should be marked as openly licensed.
Also, amendments of the law are not provided separately but already integrated in the actual law that is available. What is available independently are not the approved amendments but transitional enactments.
