Entry for Water Quality / Columbia

The submission has listed an open dataset that references an IRCA (risk index of drinking water quality) the dataset doesn’t have any of the indicators used to create it. There is a link to a report with some data but there is no actual data in the report. I have found other reports that make reference to all the parameters but again no data. I have searched the open data portal and the website and can’t find the data. Should I reject the submission? Or I might need some help from a Spanish speaker to look for the data. I have searched these two sites and this is all I have been able to find.

Dear @Adriana_Vargas_Tamay,

thank you very much for your feedback. As part of the public dialogue we will follow up on your input along with the reviewers, and will get back to you in the coming days.

All the best
Danny

Hi @Adriana_Vargas_Tamay,

unfortunately we cannot accept your link for assessment.

On March 15 our reviewer based her assessment on this link. You can see the original review here. It refers to this data

On March 17 (after deadline) Camilo Nino published corrected the entry (see his proposal here) where he linked to the dataset you describe.

My problem is, that I have to assume the dataset was added afterwards. Can you somehow proof that the dataset existed on March 15? This would be incredibly helpful! If it was published afterwards, we cannot accept it, but are more than happy to update the link in our comments and also to highlight how people can use it
