How does Uzbekistan join the list rated in the index?

Hello, i have a question. Uzbekistan is not rated in the GODI. I am a consultant to the Ministry for development of information technology and communications, which is an authorized in the field of development e-government and open data. And we are interested how Uzbekistan can be included in the list of countries assessed under this index GODI

Thank you for your interest in GODI. This year we won’t have a Global Index (you can read more here). If you think you’d benefit from having a local assessment of the state of open data in Uzbekistan, please send an email to index@okfn.org.
