Enable a Reply to be marked as the Solution
You can enable a Reply to be marked as a solution for a Topic. This is enabled per Category by an Administrator (or Moderator?).
Edit the Category Settings and check the option Allow topic owner and staff to mark reply as the solution
Now the Topic Owner (the person that made the first post) or a Staff member, can mark a Reply as the Solution…
… and the Reply is shown as the Solution in the conversation…
… and in the Topic list
A good practice would be to phrase the Title of your Topic as a question e.g. “Where do I find Open Knowledge Australia logos?”
