Our regular community gathering this year will be set on July 3 at the center of eastern Switzerland, St. Gallen. You can expect a diverse and dynamic program, focusing on open data’s added value. We will have keynote presentations in German and English - including an appearance from @rufuspollock! - and interactive workshop tracks. Details at Opendata.ch/2018 and registration at Tickets.Opendata.ch/2018

Speakers from all over Switzerland and Europe will address current topics including but not limited to: Startups, Smart Cities, Open data in science, Linked Open Data, Mobility and Blockchains. During the next month we will be showcasing projects from the Swiss community at https://hack.opendata.ch/ and @opendatach

We are organising an additional workshop with Rufus in Zürich on Monday afternoon, July 2 - focusing on the future of the Open Knowledge chapter, continuing on some of the topics started in May. Leave a note on this thread or contact us directly for details.

The conference last week was a success, thanks to our many guests and presenters.
