I am here to ask for help, while searching i came across this site, there is a member you has created a organization name Indian railway database, and i am looking for Indian railway database, it will be really helpful, if that person help me to get the data of train schedule and railway stations for my sites Get PNR Status and Online PNR Status
You Need to connect with Railways authorities to seek the access.
you can check this link irctc.gov.in
You can take help from govt of the Indian railway and if they do not agree then use a limited database for your web portals
