Open must be distinct than dominated by males

Counting developers in GNU and Linux (https://easychair.org/publications/preprint_download/NX2K) there are linguistics errors making relationships by facts between free or open and a world populated by males.

My point of view about it, would be that the current mess is the point “No discrimination” of the Open Source Definition against a real solution that is saying positive action instead of positive discrimination (Positive Action and Positive Discrimination: What can your company do to lawfully encourage more female applicants? - Stem Women)

Open Definition and Open Source Definition (The Open Source Definition – Open Source Initiative) must be explaining the same thing, because open source is a world with many people and companies using the terms.
