Hi there,

I got in my mailbox an update from Kaggle.com. They’ve launched an OpenData platform and this brings up similar questions of the past:

• Have the users the right to add data?
• What kind of license?
• Who keeps it watched?

I’m not using it at the moment nor in the future, but Kaggle seems a very popular platform and it should pay some attention in order to data culture, rights, licences and other similar stuff
