Changes to OpenSpending are introduced via OpenSpending Enhancement Proposals: OSEPs in short.
As a roadmap of work on the next iteration of OpenSpending is starting to emerge, we want to encourage interested parties to get familiar with the existing OSEPs, and feel free to suggest new ones.
Not all the existing OSEPs are perfect - in fact, some are quite rough :). Feel free to make comments and suggestions for improving the existing ones too, so we can move forward with a better process in place.
