We’ve made lots of improvements to the OpenSpending Community website. This is mainly to update its content in accordance with ongoing work on the next version of OpenSpending. Please visit and let me know if you find something missing, unclear, or… wrong .
Remember, if you are a member of the OpenSpending community—whether you contribute datasets, work on building or testing code, or develop stories and visualizations using OpenSpending data—community.openspending.org belongs to you.
The site is a place to showcase the OpenSpending community’s work and to share its resources. It includes:
- a blog to share new work by community members
- a collection of resources on spending data
- guidance on how to get involved with the community
The site is hosted on GitHub Pages and built using Jekyll, a static site generator. Interested readers are encouraged to contribute changes, fixes, corrections by raising an issue on the site’s issue tracker.
