hi all

I would like to install CKAN for study and testing
we had an idea in Israel as I am Volunteer at The Public Knowledge Workshop
(“Hasadna”) and we to give CKAN as a platoform to municipalities
and service for them. they will not need to install and maintenance only to run it.

my question is about the server I need in order to set it up.
i would like to use AWS or Heroku

You can try the Marketplace Instance here:

Note that instance comes with CKAN 2.4 right now. I expect we’ll have it updated to 2.5 in the next few weeks…

I’d suggest running it on a medium instance :slight_smile:
