I’m an economist and researcher. Currently, I’m working on a research using open government data. I would ask you how to valutate a single website. In other words, I should apply OGD principles to a single site. Is there any “list” that I should follow?

i’m not aware of one definitive list; i think if you weigh the site vs 5 Star Open Data’s guidelines and the site’s implementation of the Open Data definition, as well as the Open Definition, the result will be a solid base.
