Iā€™m interested in meeting others working on making open data work where data is generated from civil society rather than from government. Especially in implementing open data standards and or tools like data packages in this environment.

For example in Malaysia, we adopted Popolo specs for storing PEPs and built a API/DB service, so that different groups can all collaborate and reuse hard to get data.
