with a group of students, we are trying to run the open data census for French cities before the upcoming municipal elections in a month.
France already has a draft open data census portal but I can’t access the admin : http://fr-city.census.okfn.org/
I’ve asked several people at OK International to get access to the admin but unfortunately, it does not seem possible.
Students tried to deploy the website but this does not seem possible as it uses old versions of node.js.
Does anyone has experience on deploying the open data census (GitHub - okfn/opendatasurvey: The Open Data Survey application) and can help us?
