B2.3: Should be 3
B2.4: It’s available on the opendata portal of the government
B3: All A though E should be marked as they are available.
B5: Yes, the GIS server allows direct API and download in different formats
B6: Yes, it’s updated right after any administrative border change
B7: It’s public domain per law, but the site is mislabel, so the answer here is NO.
B8: Should be GeoJSON, KML, SHP
B9: Should be 3. The data is in a standard GIS server. All geo data requires some technical knowledge.
