Please note that this data can be downloaded from geo-portal INIS section Download ( http://geoportal.gov.ro/Geoportal_INIS/catalog/main/home.page ) after registration and authentication. In the geoportal, available formats are gdb, shp, dxf, dwg, and dgn.
