Hey! I’m having trouble finding the spoiled ballots data, @arianit would it be possible to find some guidance on finding them?

Hi, @paolamoz, That was a mistake, sorry. In the Balkans it was my impression that such evidence is largely not reported. It makes sense I think since it’s difficult to determine what is spoiled since it would required determining the intentions of the voter.
