From the Global Open Data Index survey, how do I edit the 'Further Details and Comments' section?

This is a question for Global Open Data Index survey for Malaysia.

There is one correction required under Location datasets, the actual responsible institution is the Department of Survey and Mapping Malaysia, not Department of Statistics of Malaysia. I hope admin for this survey could assist in edit the minor false information that I have mistakenly submitted. I tried by myself but there is no option for me to do the correction.

Can you add this in the other comments section? See the last part of the tutorial - Global Open Data Index - Tutorial 2015 - Google Docs

Once a submission was made, we can’t change it. So we have to add comments at the bottom.

Ok. In that case, I have placed a comment at the bottom of the survey for Location Datasets.
