The topic says it all.
Is it possible to have, not just this list but also this list in alphabetical order? it is just a matter of aesthetics so it is find if this goes to the bottom of the to-do list

Perhaps, these are the settings I can see
Unfortunately no alphabetical ordering option so order manually and reorder when new categories added.
Currently ordered based on amount of conversation so popular categories at top.
