Open Data Panel Discussion - 4 November

The Open Data team at the University library, University of Cambridge, are running an exciting Open Data Panel Discussion in Cambridge on 4 November.

We have Tim Smith from Zenodo/CERN, funders, and researchers taking part in the discussion. The event is open to everyone.

The event page is here: http://www.data.cam.ac.uk/events/open-data-moving-science-forward-or-waste-time-and-money

It would also be very helpful if you can help us to promote the event via social media channels such as Twitter and LinkedIn. Our Twitter page is @CamOpenData and we are using the hashtags #odpd15 and #opendata

Kind Regards,

Are there any notes, recordings or info about what came from the discussion?

Hi,

Thank you for your question.

The event was filmed and we will provide a link and footage of it afterwards, via our Twitter page - @CamOpenData

There will also be a blog afterwards. In the meantime, , we have ‘storified’ the event: https://storify.com/CamOpenData/odpd15

Many thanks,

Kennedy

I’ll keep an eye out for updates. I suspect the video will be helpful for many people.
