I am reviewing this submission for Draft Legislation. I was not able to locate 1)how each member voted on the bill and 2) transcripts of the debates for the bills.
If anyone has been able to spot the information please provide some information on how you found it.
To this point I was able to find a summary of the decisions made at each stage of the process (but no breakdown of who voted). So I think that the characteristic “votes on bill per member of parliament” is not provided.
Similarly, I could not locate transcripts of debates. All I can find is the transcript of the introductory statement made by the author of the bill in front of the legislature, but not the ensuing debates. Therefore “transcripts of debates of bills” is also absent.
