Therefore, I have a doubt regarding the definition between invalid votes and spoiled ballots, would you please state the difference and the specific definition. In addition, it is important to specify that broken votes or votos rotos, are not measured in Colombia by current jurisdiction.
How can I improve the grading for my country?
