Error: Content is too large to be proxied

Hi, when trying to update a resource from an URL, I get this error. The URL points to a 17 MB RDF/XML file.

I notice this also happens for other vocabularies, e.g. this one: Library of Congress Subject Headings - LCSH SKOS (rdf/xml) - the Datahub
