Entry for Water Quality / Belgium

Could it be mentioned somewhere in the final report that Flanders (Flemish Region in Belgium) does provide open data on water quality (see also Kaarten & cijfers — Vlaamse Milieumaatschappij) ?

I do understand that this will not change the 0% score, because we don’t have the data for all the 3 regions. Thanks.

Indeed, I will take a note for us to add this (this is very useful to have documented). We are planning to implement everything throughout next week.
